Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Accron POS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Accron POS for your business operations in accordance with these terms.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
