Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Accron Revolutions (Private) Limited, a company registered in Sri Lanka ("Accron", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Accron POS platform and website at pos.accronautobot.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
The Service
Accron POS is a point-of-sale system for businesses in Sri Lanka, offered as industry-specific editions (including restaurant, hotel, supermarket, retail, electronics and mobile shop). Depending on your plan, the Service includes the POS desktop application for Windows, a per-business Android app, cloud data synchronisation, and the account dashboard on this website where you manage your business profile, subscription and downloads.
Accounts & Registration
To use the Service you must register an account with accurate, current information and keep it up to date. You are the owner of your business account and are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that happens under your account;
- the accuracy of the business information you provide, which is used to provision your POS edition;
- ensuring that staff members you give access to use the Service in line with these Terms.
Notify us immediately at support@accronautobot.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Subscriptions & Billing
The Service is offered on Standard, Premium and Enterprise subscription plans, billed monthly or yearly. Current prices and plan inclusions are shown on our pricing page; yearly billing carries the discount shown there. New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. We may change plan prices; changes will not apply retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for, and we will communicate price changes before they take effect on your renewal.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayHere, a third-party payment gateway operating in Sri Lanka. We do not store your full card details; recurring billing is handled through PayHere's subscription facility. Fees are stated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless indicated otherwise. If a recurring payment fails, we retry it automatically and your subscription remains active during a grace period; if payment continues to fail, your subscription may expire.
Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription & Billing section of your account dashboard. When you cancel, billing stops immediately and you keep access to the Service until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, access to paid features (including app downloads) ends.
Except where required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or the POS applications without our written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other customers' data, or our infrastructure;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- reverse engineer or copy the Service except to the extent permitted by law.
Service Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation — the Service depends on third-party infrastructure (including Google Firebase and PayHere) and on your own internet connectivity and hardware. Where practical, we will communicate planned maintenance in advance. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of records you are legally required to keep outside the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accron will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the same extent, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Sri Lanka.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms (including non-payment or misuse of the Service), where reasonably practicable after notice to you. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, limitation of liability and governing law) survive.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example by email or a notice on the site). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
